Refund and Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 18 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

We have multiple facilities all over the world to handle logistics and warehousing, so in case of return and exchange customer has to contact our support team for suitable location before shipping, also customer is responsible for shipping cost for return and exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

·         Product should be in the original condition

·         Unworn, undamaged, and unwashed

·         With all original tags and packaging

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at business@eonzic.com within 18 days to obtain a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.  

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.  

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Customer has to bear the shipping cost for exchange also once the goods are received and inspected the new item delivery time shell be 3 to 12 business days. 

Exceptions

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
